SW® PowerChem® PC-12WT1000 EcoTek® Sustainable Nitrile Cleanroom Gloves are designed for controlled environments requiring reliable durability, chemical resistance, and particulate control. These high-performance nitrile cleanroom gloves provide extended coverage and protection for medical device manufacturing, precision electronics, semiconductor assembly, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and laboratory applications.

The PC-12WT1000 is designed for Class 1000 / ISO 6 cleanroom environments and features a 12-inch extended cuff for additional wrist and forearm coverage. The finger-textured surface provides reliable grip in wet and dry conditions, while the optimal thickness supports a balance of durability and tactile sensitivity.

The gloves use vacuum-packed packaging to help reduce storage space, protect gloves from contamination, and minimize packaging waste. Low Dermatitis Potential (LDP) helps minimize the risk of Type I and Type IV allergies and supports users with sensitive skin.

Cleanroom Performance

The PC-12WT1000 is classified as Class 1000 / ISO 6 cleanroom compatible. The datasheet reports a particle count of less than 3,000 counts/cm² for particles ≥0.5 micrometer.

Testing also reports controlled ionic residue levels, with silicone, amide, and dioctyl phthalate (DOP) listed as not detected.

EcoTek® Sustainable Technology

EcoTek® gloves are tested by an independent laboratory for anaerobic biodegradation potential under accelerated landfill conditions. The datasheet reports 92.6% biodegradation in 60% solids landfill conditions at 945 days. Future results cannot be predicted or extrapolated.

Packaging

Each size contains 100 gloves per bag and 10 bags per case. The gloves use vacuum-packed packaging for controlled storage and contamination protection.
