    Your payment is secure.

      All orders are placed with a credit card through our secure checkout. Your card details are encrypted and processed by our trusted payment provider, so your sensitive information stays protected from start to finish.

      Behind every order is a real person. Our customer service team is here to help with order questions, product recommendations, or anything else you need.

      Business customers can also order by purchase order or on net terms. See below.

      How ordering works:

      1. Place your order online. Add your items to the cart and complete our secure checkout.
      2. Get your confirmation. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
      3. We’re here if you need us. Our team reviews every order and will reach out if we have any questions. You’re always welcome to call us, too.

       

      Accepted cards

      We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

      When your card is charged:

      All major credit cards accepted

      When you place your order, your card is pre-authorized. This may appear on your account as pending, but it is not a charge. It simply confirms your card is valid. Your card is charged only when your items ship.

      If part of your order is on back order, that amount is removed from your first invoice and charged when the back-ordered items ship. You’ll receive an emailed receipt for every shipment.

      Order verification

      To protect our customers from fraud, we may review orders before they ship, especially when the shipping and billing addresses are different. If we need to verify any details, a member of our team will contact you directly. Please make sure the billing address you enter at checkout matches the address on file with your card issuer to avoid delays.

      We reserve the right to decline any order that cannot be verified.

      Purchase Orders & Net Terms

      Business customers interested in purchase orders or a Net 30 account are welcome to reach out to our customer service team. We’ll be happy to help you get set up.

      To apply, complete our Business Credit Application. Review can take 1 - 2 weeks or more, so we recommend placing your first orders by credit card while your application is processed.

      Sales Tax

      Orders shipped to New Jersey will include sales tax on non-PPE items, including applicable shipping charges. PPE items are not taxed. Tax-exempt organizations, please email or fax us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
