Designed for Class 100 / ISO 5 cleanroom environments, the PC-12WT100 provides extended wrist and forearm coverage with its 12-inch cuff. The finger-textured surface provides grip in wet and dry conditions, while the optimal thickness offers a balance of durability and tactile sensitivity.

The gloves feature SafeDon® dispensing, designed to minimize cross-contamination while reducing storage and packaging requirements. Low Dermatitis Potential (LDP) technology helps minimize the risk of Type I and Type IV allergies and supports safer use for individuals with sensitive skin.

Cleanroom Performance

The PC-12WT100 is classified as Class 100 / ISO 5 cleanroom compatible. The datasheet reports a particle count of less than 1,200 counts/cm² for particles ≥0.5 micrometer. Ionic residue testing reports non-detected levels for fluoride, bromide, phosphate, sulfate, magnesium, and other listed residues, with silicone, amide, and DOP also reported as not detected.

EcoTek® Sustainable Technology

EcoTek® gloves are tested by an independent laboratory for anaerobic biodegradation potential under accelerated landfill conditions. The datasheet reports 92.6% biodegradation in 60% solids landfill conditions at 945 days. Future results cannot be predicted or extrapolated.

Packaging

Each size contains 100 gloves per bag and 10 bags per case, using SafeDon® dispensing technology.
