Suitable for grilling, deep-frying, steaming, baking and fondue, this product meets or exceeds FDA requirements for food contact with reference to FDA 21 CFR 176.170.

This 8.5" thick wood skewer is ideal for shish kabobs, fresh vegetables, fruits and desserts - simply use the semi-pointed tip for fast, efficient skewering every time. We recommend soaking these skewers in water before grilling or cooking to prevent them from burning.
